

Office Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator to join our client in Brackenfell, located in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debtors and creditors control, excellent computer skills, and the ability to manage office procedures efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- 10+ years’ experience as an Office Administrator with solid debtors and creditors control experience
- Reception duties and switchboard experience
- Proficient computer skills, with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounting software such as Pastel, Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero
- Solid general knowledge of filing systems and office procedures
- Ability to attend meetings and compile detailed reports
- Professional and organised with strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable personal transport
- Reside in the Northern Suburbs (Brackenfell and surrounds)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control debtors and creditors processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
- Attend meetings and compile comprehensive reports as required
- Ensure adherence to office procedures and professional workplace conduct
- Provide general administrative support to the office as needed
Salary: Up to R20,000 per month, depending on experience.
