Scholarship Description:

Neufert Foundation Germany Scholarships 2024 (Partial Funding) is open for International Students . The scholarship allows Masters level programm(s) in the field of Architecture, Urban development, Landscaping taught at Germany Universities Offered by Neufert Foundation. The deadline of the scholarship is 15 May 2024.

Eligibility CriteriaTo qualify for Neufert-Foundation Scholarships, candidate must fulfill all of the following requirements below:

  • Required Language: English or German
  • Eligible Countries: All world countries
  • International students of architecture, landscaping and urban development, who have completed their studies at a German university or abroad with a Bachelor’s degree, a diploma or a similar academic degree may also apply if they are beginning a Masters’s program at a German university
  • Architectural quality and originality of the submitted work
  • Comprehensive explanation as to why you chose to participate in a Master’s program abroad
  • Reference of the Professor
  • The overall grade of the Bachelor’s degree
  • Quality of the application
Application Procedure Please follow the following application instructions to apply for Neufert-Foundation Scholarships:

  1. Prepare the following application papers:
    • Motivation Letter
    • Chronological CV + spoken languages + picture
    • Notarized copy of Bachelor (or other) degree
    • Transcript of any of the following fields of study: architecture, landscaping, urban development
    • Reference of a professor at the university, where the student has received the Bachelor degree
    • Reasons for choosing the particular international university/institution
    • Admission/registration of the international university
    • Portfolio of at least 4 assignments, including the Bachelor thesis, which will only be accepted if printed in DIN A3 format
  2. Then sent them by mail to the below address:

This scholarship is open to international students of all nationalities.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for the Neufert-Foundation Scholarships, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Language Requirement:

  • Proficiency in English or German.

Qualifications:

    • International students specializing in architecture, landscaping, and urban development.
    • Completion of undergraduate studies at either a German university or abroad, holding a Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent academic qualification.
    • Commencing a Master’s program at a German university.

    Evaluation Criteria:

      • Architectural excellence and originality evident in submitted work.
      • Detailed rationale for choosing to pursue a Master’s program abroad.
      • Letter of recommendation from a professor.
      • Overall grade achieved in the Bachelor’s degree program.

      Application Quality:

      • Assessment of the completeness and quality of the application materials.

        Submission of Master’s Thesis:

          • Upon finishing the Master’s program, the student must provide the Foundation with both a printed and digital copy of their Master thesis.
          • The Foundation reserves the right to publish and showcase the thesis as part of its scholarship-related publications.

          Repayment Obligation:

            • If the Master’s program is not completed, the student must reimburse the grant within one month.
            • Exception: Repayment is not required if the student has a legitimate reason for discontinuing the progra

            Application Procedure:

            Prepare the Required Application Documents:

              • Write a Motivation Letter.
              • Compile a Chronological CV, including spoken languages, and attach a recent photograph.
              • Provide a notarized copy of your Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
              • Include transcripts related to fields of study such as architecture, landscaping, or urban development.
              • Obtain a reference from a professor at the university where you completed your Bachelor’s degree.
              • Explain your reasons for selecting the specific international university or institution.
              • Present evidence of admission or registration at the international university.
              • Assemble a portfolio containing at least four assignments, including the Bachelor thesis, printed in DIN A3 format.
