Manager: Website Marketing

Capitec Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced Manager: Website Marketing to join their team in Stellenbosch.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the tactical, operational, day-to-day management of the website marketing function, ensuring alignment with broader departmental goals and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Website general management; planning and standards
• Operational management
• People/Team management
• Technical/functional responsibilities

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a digital environment, with at least 3 years of experience leading or managing people.

Qualifications

A relevant degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science or Project Management is required. A postgraduate qualification in Business Management, Leadership, or Strategic Communications is advantageous.
