Manager: Student Recruitment – (2130)
Job Summary
The University of the Western Cape (UWC) is seeking a dynamic and inspiring individual to manage student recruitment and marketing strategies. The successful applicant will report to the Director of the Student Enrolment Management Unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Director with regard to the compilation and evaluation of student recruitment plans and strategies.
- Manage and monitor the implementation of selected recruitment strategies and provide formal monitoring and review reports.
- Manage and coordinate promotional activity for out-bound school visits, career exhibitions and other recruitment and career activities as per the recruitment plan.
- Advise on programmes on offer and highlight admission requirements during career activities.
- Enquiry management, including the referral of and enhancing of enquiry systems in conjunction with the Student Recruitment Administrator.
- Assist with all other inbound student recruitment activities as and when necessary.
Minimum Requirements
A relevant Bachelor’s degree or a relevant equivalent qualification at NQF 7 and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
