Manager: Provincial Credit (KZN)
Capitec Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced Manager: Provincial Credit to join their team in KwaZulu-Natal.
Purpose Statement
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and managing credit and associated risks within an allocated portfolio in Business Bank. This will involve leading, driving, and inspiring a team of Credit and Senior Credit Managers.
- To integrate and manage the credit function by ensuring that the quality of credit risks across the regions are aligned to the Bank’s risk appetite.
- To evaluate, manage and monitor the credit and associated risks within a complex and high value portfolio.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years’ experience at Senior Management Level
- 7 years Credit Management experience, within the Commercial and Business markets
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting – Financial Accounting or Credit Management is required. An Honours Degree in Accounting – Financial Accounting or Credit Management is preferred.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of commercial, business, and financial principles and practices, as well as people management, change management, and project management skills.
