Manager: Provincial Credit (KZN)

Capitec Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced Manager: Provincial Credit to join their team in KwaZulu-Natal.

Purpose Statement

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and managing credit and associated risks within an allocated portfolio in Business Bank. This will involve leading, driving, and inspiring a team of Credit and Senior Credit Managers.

• To integrate and manage the credit function by ensuring that the quality of credit risks across the regions are aligned to the Bank’s risk appetite.
• To evaluate, manage and monitor the credit and associated risks within a complex and high value portfolio.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3 years’ experience at Senior Management Level
• 7 years Credit Management experience, within the Commercial and Business markets
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting – Financial Accounting or Credit Management is required. An Honours Degree in Accounting – Financial Accounting or Credit Management is preferred.
