About the Finance Department

Our Financial Management team drives financial excellence, innovation, and long-term business growth, leveraging AI, data analytics, and automation.

Where You’ll Make Impact

In this role, you’ll ensure Capitec Bank’s strategic objectives are achieved through strong financial leadership across Shared Services.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of finance business partners and costing analysts.
• Partnering with service owners to unpack cost drivers and financial performance.
• Reviewing and guiding forecasts and budgets.

What we’re looking for

• A CA(SA) or CIMA qualification.
• 8+ years’ financial and operational management experience.
• Strong leadership experience and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
