The University of the Free State is seeking a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor in Finance/Banking. This is a permanent position based on the Bloemfontein Campus.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching courses in Finance and/or Banking, developing and refining curriculum, assisting in academic administration, research, and community development projects. They will also be required to conduct research, supervise postgraduate students, and participate in formal self-development programs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a PhD in Finance or Banking or a related discipline. They should also have proven experience in teaching, research, and supervision. For Senior Lecturer and Associate Professor positions, additional requirements include an NRF rating, proven research record, and experience in supervision of postgraduate students.
