Job Description
The University of the Western Cape (UWC) is seeking a Lecturer in Industrial Psychology to join the Department of Industrial Psychology in the Faculty of Economics and Management Sciences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating learning at undergraduate levels, conducting research, and providing academic leadership and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate learning in Industrial Psychology at undergraduate levels
- Conduct research and publish in the field of Industrial Psychology
- Undertake undergraduate and postgraduate supervision
- Provide academic leadership and administration
- Participate in community engagement and outreach
Minimum Requirements
A Masters qualification or equivalent in Industrial Psychology or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in facilitating learning in Commerce within the Extended Curriculum Programme.
