About This Opportunity

Our client, Kelly, is looking for motivated individuals to join their team on a 12-month contract as a Learner. This program is more than just a job; it’s a pathway to professional development. You will work within the Operations Business Unit at various branches across South Africa.

What You Will Gain & Learn

Successful candidates will achieve a FETC (Further Education and Training Certificate) in Automotive Sales & Support Services (NQF Level 4). You will develop essential skills in areas such as:

• Building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service.
• Professional telephone communication and etiquette.
• Efficient office administration and organizational tasks.
• Providing operational support, which includes tasks like vehicle quality checks, fleet management assistance, and helping customers with their needs.

These learnership opportunities are available across multiple regions in South Africa, including:

• Gauteng
• Limpopo
• Northern Cape
• Kwazulu Natal
• Western Cape

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Requirements)

• You must be a South African citizen, aged between 18 and 35 years old.
• A Matric certificate is essential.
• You must have a medically diagnosed disability.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Be available to start immediately (around 10 November 2024).
• A Diploma or Degree in Business or Administration-related fields would be a strong advantage.

Remuneration

A competitive stipend will be provided for the duration of the learnership.
