About the Role

As an HR Business Process Engineer, you will be instrumental in innovating and improving HR processes across Capitec Bank. This role involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to design, develop, and implement efficient, end-to-end business process solutions that align with our strategic goals.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Innovate and enhance HR business process models and solutions.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities within existing HR processes.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop new business models and operating models.
  • Design and develop detailed process maps, outlining all integration points.
  • Participate in process testing and monitor performance to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the evaluation process and lead continuous improvement programs.

What You’ll Need (Our Ideal Candidate)

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in business process engineering.
  • Proven experience specifically with HR business processes.
  • Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
