

HR Administrator
Our client is looking for a HR administrator with3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Job Requirements
Matric and a relevant HR qualification (Diploma or Degree preferred). Minimum3 years’ HR administration experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with HRIS/payroll systems is advantageous. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the full HR administration function, including maintaining employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Coordinate recruitment processes: advertising vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees. Process payroll input and liaise with payroll service providers. Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance records. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Assist with disciplinary and grievance processes. Prepare HR reports and statistics for management. Maintain compliance with labour legislation and company policies. Liaise with line managers and employees regarding HR queries. Support training and development initiatives.
Salary: R15,000 – R22,000 per month (CTC)
