We’re a small, lean-and-mean engineering team responsible for delivering a wide range of projects from conceptualization to deployment. We’re looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Pretoria.

We’re looking for someone who is a good communicator, a self-starter, and passionate about software. You should have a strong sense of humility and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will:

• Develop new user-facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Create unit tests
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Qualifications

To be considered, you should have:

• 2-3 years engineering experience in a professional environment
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Ember, React
• Experience with at least one of: Golang, C#, Node.js, Perl, or Rust
• A strong understanding of foundational web technologies and Computer Science core concepts
• Competency with MySQL, or other RDBMS
• Experience using git for source control, Kubernetes, and continuous integration and testing
