

Director: Labour Relations
The Office of the Premier is seeking an experienced Director: Labour Relations to manage and oversee labour relations activities within the organization.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing labour relations policies and strategies, managing collective bargaining structures and processes, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Requirements
NQF Level7, Labour Relations and Nyukela Certificate for entry into Senior Management Service (SMS) from the National School of Government.5 years of experience at the middle/senior Managerial level in Employee Relations/Collective Bargaining and Management.
Duties
Develop and manage labour relations policies and strategies, manage collective bargaining structures and processes, handle conflicts and grievances, and provide support and advice to management on labour relations issues.
