Business Manager

Capitec Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Manager to join their team in Roodepoort, Gauteng.

Purpose Statement

The successful candidate will provide a proactive business banking sales and service management function to retain and grow a portfolio of business clients.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have at least5 years of banking experience, with3 years in a Business Banking environment. They should have experience managing a complex portfolio of business customers, preparing and motivating credit applications, and have cost control and sales management skills.

Qualifications

A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management or Finance is required. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Finance is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

The successful candidate should have knowledge of business economics, customer relationship management, and credit principles. They should also have analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as commercial and strategic thinking skills.

Conditions of Employment

The successful candidate should have a clear criminal and credit record and be willing to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and Public Holidays.
