Bursary Description
Core Purpose:
Provide administration support to B2B clientele and provide the necessary client relations for new and existing business projects.
Description
Administration Support:
- Co-ordinate BD projects (venue hire bookings, facilitator bookings, claims, reports, study material etc)
- Co-ordinate and manage promotional item stock list
- Conduct regular follow-up calls to BD students
- Conduct regular follow-up calls to decision-makers at corporate
- Send out training requirements surveys to clients upon request and post-training surveys to clients at the end of a cohort/project
- Co-ordinate SLP calendar (TBC Jan 2023)
- Prepare corporate training quotations
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (E.g. academic team, SkillME team) re-delivery
Data Reports:
- Conduct post-intake exercise to determine new business database
- Assist with exercises relating to corporate footprint and expansion across corporate sectors
Engagement Database
- Assist with data capturing of career day/corporate open day registers
- Track and follow up with assigned B2C student advisors to monitor and report on the conversions of these leads
- Assist with planning of corporate activities
Vendor Compliance
- Manage vendor compliance
- Ensure vendor database is updated regularly
- Completion of bursary agreements
Reports
- Completion and submission of weekly, monthly, and annual reports
Training & Development
- Participate in training sessions
Minimum Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
- Matric (administrative qualification favorable)
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years of administrative experience
Competencies and Skills:
- MS Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Must be capable of working with visual and auditory input
