Business Banker (Bloemfontein)

Capitec Bank Ltd is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Business Banker to join their team in Bloemfontein.

Purpose Statement

The successful candidate will provide a business centre-based Business Banking sales and service function that will retain and grow a portfolio of business clients by identifying and implementing value-adding and specialised business banking financial products solutions.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of3 years of banking experience, with experience in managing a portfolio of business customers and preparing and motivating credit applications.

Qualifications

A Diploma in Commerce or Finance is required, with FAIS accreditation as a Key Individual being an advantage.

Skills and Knowledge

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, analytical skills, and negotiation skills, as well as knowledge of customer relationship management principles, financial statements, and business banking products.

Conditions of Employment

The successful candidate must have a clear criminal and credit record and be willing to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and Public Holidays.
