About the Role
The Business Analyst plays a key role in identifying and shaping business needs into clear, actionable solutions by working closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and research.
- Engaging with stakeholders to ensure business needs are accurately captured and understood.
- Supporting the implementation of solutions by validating business requirements.
- Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance existing processes or technologies.
Minimum Experience Required
- 7+ years working experience as a BA in a wide variety of situations, contexts, and complexities.
- Experience in business systems ERP solutions, with SAP experience being advantageous.
Education (Minimum)
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Analysis.
