Scholarship Description:

Audi has partnered with One Young World to offer grants to 15 inspiring young leaders, enabling them to participate in this year’s One Young World Summit held in the UK. The pressing issues of scarce resources, environmental degradation, climate change, and population growth are significantly impacting society, politics, and business. With evolving social values, sustainability is increasingly becoming integral to people’s perspectives and lives.

As the challenges we confront grow more intricate, effective solutions necessitate collaborative efforts. Engaging in a global discourse concerning sustainability, climate concerns, and other critical issues allows for the creation of innovative ideas and robust alternatives. Joining forces with peers facilitates a deeper understanding of diverse perspectives, fostering the exchange of insights and the construction of a global network. Scholarship Benefits:

Scholars will receive

  • Access to the One Young World Summit 2023 in Belfast, UK.
  • Hotel accommodation in Manchester between 2 – 5 (inclusive) October.
  • Participation at the pre-event by Audi AG and the Audi Environmental Foundation on 1 October.
  • The cost of travel to and from Belfast (flights in economy).
  • Catering which includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Transport between the Summit accommodation and the Summit venue.

Eligible Nationalities:

  • Nationals of all countries will be eligible to apply for this scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Aged 18 – 30.
  • Evidenced commitment to delivering positive change.
  • Demonstrated capacity for leadership.
  • Understanding of key local and/or global issues.
  • Track record of generating impactful and innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated impact and innovation in tackling environmental challenges.
