Job Overview

Capitec Bank is looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join their team as an Agent: Collections. As an Agent: Collections, you will engage with clients via calls and chats to negotiate credit repayments, maximizing client retention while minimizing bad debt.

Purpose Statement

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to clients while achieving business objectives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1-2 years of collections experience
• Call centre experience
• Proficiency in African languages (advantageous)
• Experience with Predictive Dialler, AWS Connect, and MS Teams (advantageous)

Qualifications

The minimum qualification required is a Grade12 National Certificate/Vocational.

Skills and Knowledge

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
• Telephonic/call skills
• Attention to detail
• Negotiation skills
