Job Summary
The Department of Psychology in the Faculty of Community and Health Sciences at the University of the Western Cape is seeking a permanent Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including:
- Academic Administration
- Enquiry Management
- Marketing & Recruitment
- Marks Administration
- Committee Administration
- Financial Administration
- Event Organisation
- Meeting Administration
- Human Resources Administration
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have a three-year post-matric qualification (NQF7) with two years of Higher Education experience, or Matric plus three to five years of Higher Education experience. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Financial Administration Tools and Student Enrolment Management Systems are also required.
