Job Summary
The University of the Western Cape is seeking an Administrative Officer to provide administrative support to the Extended Curriculum Programme (ECP). The successful candidate will report to the ECP Coordinator and perform various administrative tasks.

- Committee and Meeting Administration
- Marketing, Branding and Student Recruitment
- General Office Administration
- Human Resource Administration
- Financial Administration
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant administrative experience in an Extended Curriculum Programme
Added Advantages
- Administrative experience in a Higher Education environment
- Knowledge of university administrative systems
- Experience in student tracking
- Proficiency in computer programmes/software packages, e.g. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
