Key Responsibilities
As an Administrative Clerk, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of Gfleet. Your main duties will include:
- Capturing and monitoring chauffeur service requests: This involves logging trip requests, tracking pending lists, allocating requisitions appropriately, and confirming services with clients.
- Managing vehicle license discs: Regularly inspecting license disc validity, ensuring timely distribution to user departments, and maintaining accurate records of received and distributed discs.
- Handling vehicle dispatch and reception: Verifying all service-related documentation when vehicles are dispatched or returned, and conducting thorough inspections of vehicles.
- Utilizing the web-based Fleet Information System (FIS): Applying proper chauffeur services and information management within the system, monitoring captured chauffeur trips, and keeping a detailed record of daily chauffeur activities.
Minimum Requirements
- A Grade 12 (Matric) qualification is essential.
