Hey future global changemakers! Ever dreamed of studying in the USA and experiencing a whole new culture? Well, the amazing ICSP Bursary at the University of Oregon could make that dream a reality!
The International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) Bursary is designed for international students who show both financial need and exceptional academic merit. It’s more than just funding; it’s an opportunity to become a cultural ambassador, sharing insights about your home country with various communities in Oregon. This bursary helps brilliant students like you get a top-tier education at the prestigious University of Oregon while also contributing to cross-cultural understanding.
Who Can Apply?
If you’re an international student (meaning you’re not a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or eligible for U.S. federal financial aid) with a strong academic record (a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA) and can demonstrate financial need, then this bursary is for you! You’ll need to be admissible or already admitted to the University of Oregon for Fall 2026. Plus, get ready to embrace your role as a cultural representative, as you’ll be committing to 66-80 hours per year of cultural service.
What Does It Cover?
The ICSP Bursary is a partial tuition-waiver scholarship. This means it significantly reduces your tuition fees, making studying in the USA much more affordable. The best part? It’s renewable each year until you complete your degree at the University of Oregon, provided you continue to meet the program’s requirements. Imagine getting support for your entire degree journey!
