How to Apply?

- **Initial Application:** First things first, head over to the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme Electronic System (HKPFSES) and complete an Initial Application online. You MUST do this by 1 December 2025 at 12:00:00 Hong Kong Time to get your unique HKPFS Reference Number. This number is crucial!
- **University Application:** Once you have your HKPFS Reference Number, you can then submit your official PhD admission application directly to your preferred university (or up to two programmes/departments at one or two universities). Remember, you’ll need to meet the specific admission requirements of your chosen university and programme.
