- The application for the bursary must be made through the nominating agency in your country of citizenship. This is usually part of your country’s Ministry of Education.

- Section 5 of the application form must be endorsed and completed by your country’s Nominating Agency. They will then shortlist and submit the applications to the Mauritian Ministry of Tertiary Education, Science and Technology.
