Applications are now open for the 2025 FNB Namibia Graduate Trainee Programme. The purpose of this very intensive and specialized 18-24 month programme is to attract and retain high potential Namibian graduates that will be employed in entry level single-dependency professional roles where skills are generally not available internally or externally. The Graduate Trainees are specifically developed to take over an identified critical or specialist position in future.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Quants or CFA or Data Scientist
- Investigation or ACFE or Data Analyst
- Relevant studies in Climate risk
- Accounting
- Bcom (Industrial Psychology)
- Bcom (Artificial Intelligence, Process/Machine Engineering
- Bcom (Process Engineering, Digital Transformation)
- Bcom (Statistics or Mathematics)
- Bcomm Finance or Economics (Hon)
- Finance or Economics (Hon)
ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
• Namibian Citizen
• Recognized Post Graduate Tertiary qualification minimum final year average of 65%
