  • You must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree programme at a recognised educational institution, or be a recent graduate (at the time of application).   • Your field of study should be relevant to FAO’s mission and work.
  • You need a working knowledge of at least one of the official FAO languages (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian, or Spanish). Knowing a second FAO language will give you an extra edge!
  • You must be a national of an FAO Member country. Good news for South African students – SA is a member!
  • You should be between 21 and 30 years old.
  • You’ll need to be adaptable to an international, multicultural environment and have excellent communication skills.

What You’ll Do & Gain
