  • You need to hold a **three-year Degree or National Diploma** in **Graphic Designing** or **Visual Communication** from a recognised university or university of technology.
  • Here’s a big one: You **must not have participated** in any government department or municipality internship programme before.

How to Apply?

  1. A **completed and signed Z83 form** (make sure it’s the new version from 1 January 2021). You can grab this from any Public Service Department or download it from www.dpsa.gov.za/vacancies.
  2. A **detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV)** that clearly shows your employment dates in DD/MM/YYYY format.
  3. A **signed affidavit** confirming that you haven’t previously benefited from any government internship programme.
  4. **Certified copies of your qualifications**. Note: these will only be requested from shortlisted candidates before interviews, so have them ready!
  5. If you have foreign qualifications, you’ll need to include a **SAQA evaluation certificate**.
