  • Only shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit certified copies of their qualifications.

Specifically, the DWYPD is looking for graduates in these exciting fields:

  • Intern: Advocacy and Mainstreaming, Rights of Persons with Disabilities (1 Post)
    • Qualification Required: Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation / Research / Statistics / Law
  • Intern: International Relations, Stakeholder Management and Capacity Building (1 Post)
    • Qualification Required: National Diploma/Degree in International Relations or Political Sciences
  • Intern: Social Empowerment of Women (1 Post)
    • Qualification Required: Honours Degree in Gender Studies / Development Studies

What Does It Cover?

While technically an internship, this opportunity functions like a bursary by providing substantial support:

  • Financial Support: You will receive a generous monthly stipend of R7,860.00 to help cover your living expenses.
  • Programme Duration: This is a 24-month programme, giving you two full years of hands-on experience and professional development.
  • Location: The internships are based in Pretoria, Gauteng, giving you exposure to the heart of South African government operations.
