Applications are now open for the 2025 Deloitte Annual Graduate Recruitment. Deloitte (Uganda) Limited currently has exciting opportunities for four (4) innovative, agile, driven, engaging and proactive individuals to join our Tax & Legal department as Tax Interns and entry level Associates under the Graduate Training Programme. These positions will be based in our Kampala office in Uganda.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Law, or related field with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized university;
- Pursuing or possess a recognized accounting qualification such Certified Public Accountants (CPA) or Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), Post Graduate Diploma in Tax (PGD Tax) or Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT), Certified Tax Advisor (CTA), is an added advantage;
- A minimum of 16 points at ‘A’ Level or equivalent;
- A first grade in ‘O’ Level (with at least credit 3 in English and Mathematics) or equivalent;
- Be interested in pursuing a career in Taxation;
- Having graduated in 2023, 2024 or hope to graduate in 2025, a letter of completion or complete testimonial should be attached to your application;
- Good knowledge of various local tax laws;
- Availability to report for work 1 September 2025;
- Tax experience in an international professional services or tax advisory firm is an added advantage; and
- Be a Ugandan citizen or eligible to work in Uganda.
