- This fellowship is open to passionate individuals from across ALL African sub-regions (North, West, East, Central, and Southern Africa). Don’t worry if French is your primary language; Francophone candidates with intermediate English are also encouraged to apply!
- You need to show a strong interest and some experience in data governance, digital policy, or technology.
- Make sure you can commit roughly 2 hours per week for the 3-month duration.
