- Town Planning (5 posts – Head Office & Units): Degree/Diploma/National Diploma in Town Planning
- Social Work (2 posts): Degree/Diploma/National Diploma in Social Development
- Electrical Engineering (5 posts): Degree/Diploma/National Diploma in Electrical Engineering OR N-courses + a Trade Test
- Legal Clerk (1 post): Degree in Legal Field OR Diploma in Paralegal Studies
- Data Capturer (1 post – Traffic Section): Degree/Diploma/National Diploma in Finance
- Water Quality Technician (10 posts): Degree/Diploma/National Diploma in Water Care
- In-service Training (6 posts – any discipline aligned to basic municipal services): You’ll need an academic record confirming you’ve completed your theory and now need practical training.
- Fire Fighters (8 posts): Grade 12, Firefighter I & II courses, Hazmat awareness & operations, AND First Aid Level 3
What Does It Cover?
This isn’t just about gaining experience; it also comes with a little financial support! Successful interns will receive a stipend of R3 700.00 per month for the duration of the 12-month contract.
