Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for this exciting opportunity, you need to tick a few boxes:

  • You must be a South African citizen.
  • You should be currently completing or have recently completed a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
  • Important: You must *not* be registered for any other academic programme in 2026, as you’ll be fully engaged in the Cell C programme.
  • No prior experience is needed – this programme is designed for fresh graduates!

Cell C is looking for graduates in a variety of fields, including but not limited to:

  • IT and Cyber Security: BSc in Computer Science/IT, BSc in Cyber/Information Security, Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Information Security, Bachelor of Information Systems, BEng in Computer/Software Engineering, Postgraduate Diploma in Cyber Security, or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CEH).
  • Forensics Investigation: BCom in Forensic Accounting/Auditing, BCom in Law (Criminal/Commercial Law focus), Bachelor of Forensic Science, National Diploma in Forensic Investigation, Postgraduate Diploma in Forensic Investigation/Fraud Risk Management, or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
  • Networks: BEng in Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunications Engineering, National Diploma/BTech in Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering, BSc in Computer Systems/Networking, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA/CCNP), BSc in Information Technology (Networking focus), or Postgraduate Diploma in Network Engineering/Wireless Communication.
  • Customer Value Management: BCom in Marketing, Economics, Business Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, BSc in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, BBA, Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Analytics/Data Science/CRM, or certifications in Data Analysis (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Python, R, CRM systems).
  • Risk, Compliance and Business Continuity: Bachelors in Risk Management, Risk Analysis, Finance, Internal Auditing, Business Management, Risk and Governance, Enterprise Risk, Law, Compliance Management, or Disaster/Emergency/Crisis Management.
  • Marketing: BCom in Marketing, BCom/BA Strategic Brand Building & Management, BA/BDes/BCT in Interaction & Digital Design Product Design, BA/BCom in Marketing & Events Management, BA in Public Relations & Digital Media, Honours in Brand Management, or BA in Media & Communications with Digital PR Modules.
  • Learning and Development: Instructional Design Expertise, E-Learning Development, Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Strong Communication Skills, Attention to Detail. A Bachelor of Communication Design Degree is preferred.
