Who Can Apply?

CapeNature is looking for dedicated individuals who meet the following criteria to join their mission and pursue studies that lead to a career in conservation:

You must be a South African citizen.
You need to have successfully completed your Grade 12.
You should have a strong interest and passion for nature conservation, environmental management, or marine science.
Be physically fit and willing to work in outdoor environments, which includes the ability to swim and participate in physically demanding tasks.
Possess a valid driver’s license, or be willing to obtain one soon after commencing your studies.
You must have no criminal record.
Bilingualism in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape is a definite advantage.
While not strictly required, a National Diploma in Nature Conservation or Marine Science is highly recommended for those pursuing this field.
