Scholarship Description:
Unilever Future Leaders Programme 2023 is open for International Students . The scholarship allows internship level programm(s) in the field of Business studies, Marketing, Social Work taught at UK Universities . The deadline of the scholarship is open.
The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) typically lasts for three years and provides the opportunity to gain knowledge about our 400 different brands, businesses and sustainability initiatives. In addition to bringing your unique perspective to work, you will explore your purpose through various job rotations. The programme offers formal training, hands-on experiences, and access to a mentor for guidance. At Unilever, you can discover new things every day and embark on an exciting career journey.
As a participant of the UFLP, you will be assigned a dedicated career sponsor who will support and advise you throughout the programme. Together with your career sponsor, you will set career goals and identify the necessary experiences to achieve them. These experiences will include functional critical experiences in your area of specialization, flexible goals to contribute to business, sustainability, and leadership impact, international exposure through virtual global projects or international placements, and opportunities to enhance your leadership skills and agile thinking.
Your journey with Unilever may also involve unconventional developmental experiences such as collaborating with NGO partners for social good, participating in sustainability projects, and working on short-term projects with cross-functional teams that offer flexibility and fast-paced learning.

Unilever Future Leaders Programme 2023 is available to undertake internship level programs at UK Universities.

Eligibility Criteria:
- You are qualified and competitive in your functional field and have devotion to do well in the Unilever Future Leaders Program.
- The experience in the relevant field will also be appreciated. If you have joined any internship or any volunteer program you will be appreciated.
- You will be willing to learn new skills and confident enough to do well in your work
- The applicants are also appreciated if they have good communication skills and are good in English language.
- The candidates who have at least a bachelor’s degree or a degree equal to it will apply for this program
- You can apply if your functional area field is recognized by any institute of a good repute.
Application Procedure:
Complete the online application form. It is a simple and easy process with the option of filling out your details using your LinkedIn profile. You may only apply to one function in your application.
Complete a profile assessment which consists of 5 short online games that look at different elements of your cognitive, emotional, and social traits. You will receive personalised feedback after completing the games.
The digital interview will consist of 3 short questions followed by a business case. You will be asked to solve real-world problems using Unilever scenarios. You’ll be able to record and complete your interview anytime and anywhere.
You will be invited to a virtual ‘day in the life of’ a Future Leader at Unilever. You will get to experience a number of exciting activities including project meetings, business challenges, a team meeting with colleagues, and a one-to-one meeting with your line manager.
