Scholarship Benefits:

Scholarship Amount / Period

Amount : 50,000 yen / month

Period : Until the registered master’s course completion period from April 2023 

Eligible Nationalities:

This scholarship is open to international students. 

Eligibility Criteria:

1.      The applicant must be a student in a Master’s course from October 2022 or confirmed /supposed to study from April 2023 in a medical/pharmaceutical/bioscience,

engineering or information science related course at a domestic university

2.      Private-financed international students with the residence status [Study].

①    Applicant’s Statement (Designated word format:Attach applicant’s photo, must be filled by the applicant.

②    Transcript: Current and Bachelor’s

※In case the current transcript is not available, only the bachelor’s will do.

※Indicate the ‘assessment academic figure’ calculated based on the attached calculation method  with erasable pencil on the blank space.

③    Summary of current research:Compile in 2 to 3 A4-size papers.

④    Consent Form for Personal Information (Designated word format) 

⑤    Copy of Residence Card (Both sides)

⑥    Enrollment Certificate (For October 2022 Enrollment)

※ For April 2023 admission, submit the copy of ‘Certificate of Acceptance’.  

⑦    Economic Status Sheet (As of February 2023/Designated excel format) ⑧ Personal Information Form for Privately-Financed International Students (Designated form)

⑨    Statement of Household Finances (Designated form)

※ ⑧ and ⑨ are not necessary in case submitted after October 2022 for other scholarships.

⑩    Recommendation Form (Designated word format)  ※ Need to be prepared by the academic supervisor.

Submit after recommendation is confirmed.
