Scholarship Description:
Strathclyde Business School is pleased to announce the availability of several Masters Scholarships for September 2023. These scholarships are open to international students, and the awarded amount will range from £9,000 to £10,000, depending on the subject area and course fee.
The scholarships will be granted based on merit, taking into consideration the candidates’ academic performance (both current and previous), relevant extra-curricular or professional experience, career development, and their potential contribution to the academic, cultural, and experiential diversity of the program cohort. To be eligible, applicants must demonstrate their excellence in both the Scholarship Application and their Masters program application.
The selection process will occur on a rolling basis starting from mid-March 2023, and applications will be accepted until the final deadline on 31 July 2023. Please note that duplicate applications will not be accepted, as all submitted forms and statements will be thoroughly reviewed for consideration.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants for the scholarships offered by Strathclyde Business School must be self-funded, meaning they should not receive any other financial support from scholarships or employer sponsorship. Additionally, they must have received an offer of a place on a Full-Time MSc program for entry in September 2023, and they should be classified as International students in terms of fee status.
The scholarships will be awarded on a rolling basis starting from mid-March 2023, and the final deadline for application consideration is July 31, 2023. It is important to note that duplicate applications should not be submitted, as all forms and statements received will be reviewed throughout the selection process.
To apply, candidates should provide a statement of up to 1000 words, which should highlight their ideas, experiences, and future career plans. They should explain their motivation for joining their chosen program and present their case for why they should be awarded the scholarship. In addition to academic merit and financial need, the overall quality of the application will be taken into account during the selection process.
Scholarship recipients will be expected to actively participate in various activities throughout their course of study. These activities include engaging in future applicant forums, contributing information about the relevant course, taking on roles in the social committee or class rep committee, serving as admissions contacts for prospective students, and assisting the school in organizing events. Furthermore, scholarship recipients will be encouraged to maintain communication with the school’s alumni network after completing their MSc program.
Application Procedure:
In order to apply for a scholarship at Strathclyde Business School, it is essential to have received an offer to study a Full-Time Postgraduate course with the school. Any applications with incorrect or false application numbers will be deemed ineligible and not considered for the scholarship.
Please note that submitting duplicate applications will not be taken into consideration. Additionally, any standard or clearly template-based statements of purpose, personal statements, or duplicate program essays will be disregarded, and the application will not be considered for a scholarship.
Due to the high volume of applications, only successful applicants will be notified, but all applications received will be kept under consideration until the closing date.
