Who Can Apply?

- You must be studying or accepted/registered to study full-time at an accredited South African tertiary institution towards one of these property-related qualifications:
- Architectural Studies (BSc)
- Civil Engineering (BSc)
- Construction Studies (BSc)
- Property Studies (BSc)
- Property Valuation and Management (BCom)
- Quantity Surveying (BSc)
- Real Estate (BSc)
- Urban/Town and Regional Planning (Bachelor of)
- Property Development and Management: Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) (honours-level)
