The SA Property Owners Fund Bursary is available now for talented young South Africans from employment-equity groups to launch careers in the property and built-environment sector.
What the bursary pays for
• Full university tuition
• Accredited accommodation
• Prescribed textbooks
• Structured mentoring and tutoring
Eligibility Requirements
Who can apply
• South African citizens turning 18–35 in 2025 / 2026
• 2025 matriculants or applicants who matriculated in an earlier year and have not yet started (or wish to restart) a funded degree
• Intending to study one of the SAPOA-funded programmes below
