Ihunwo Approves Payment of Bursaries For Undergraduate Students
Bursary Description
The Executive Chairman of Obio/Akpor Local Government Area Chief Hon. Amb. Chijioke Ihunwo has approved the payment of bursaries for undergraduate students in the Obio/Akpor Local Government Area.
Chairman, Bursary Committee Mrs Abigail Ejukwa disclosed this in a statement.
According to her, the application process, begins on February 10, 2025, noting that the process is intended to benefit both indigenes and non- indigenes of Obio/Akpor Local Government Area.
Find below the scheduled dates for each Ward (for indigenes ), as well as for non-indigenes:
- Wards 1-4: Monday, February 10, 2025
- Wards 5-8: Tuesday, February 11, 2025
- Wards 9-12: Wednesday, February 12, 2025
- Wards 13-17: Thursday, February 13, 2025
- Non-Indigenes: Friday, February 14, 2025
Applicants are required to bring the following documents:

- JAMB Admission Letter
- School Admission Letter
- Local Government Identification Letter
- Student ID Card
- Reference/Attestation Letter from Ward
Councilor - Valid means of Identification
- Recent Passport Photograph
