Ph.D. positions in Translational Disease Systems Biology at the Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Protein Research are open at Copenhagen University for 2022-2023. Scholarship Benefits:
The selected candidates will be appointed at the PhD position with a salary of 28,300 DKK, roughly 3,800 EUR per month, plus a pension.

Eligibility Criteria:
Since the advertisement covers multiple positions, experience with all of the following is not required, but the successful candidates are preferred to have qualifications or proven experience within the majority of these:
- You hold a Master’s degree in medicine, health informatics, bioinformatics, data science or a related discipline of biomedical research
- Programming experience in Python/Perl and/or R
- Having worked with big data
- An active interest in disease biology and precision medicine
- Experience in bioinformatics, biostatistics and systems biology
- Research experience in machine learning
- Excellent communication skills, and fluency in written and spoken English
With the group being highly multidisciplinary and collaborating with many other research groups nationally and internationally, strong networking and team player skills are preferred.
