2025 Ikusasa Student Financial Aid Programme ISFAP Bursary
Bursary Details
Are you in Gr12 with a family income between R350,000 and R600,000 and planning to study Engineering, Actuarial, CA, Medicine, IT and Data science? Do you need financial and wrap-around support for your studies? Applications are now open for the ISFAP bursary (undergraduate and postgraduate)!
The funding provided by ISFAP is made available through the contributions of various donors in the public and private sector. ISFAP will provide funding opportunities to students in 2025, but does not guarantee funding for all applicants.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be a South African citizen
- Good academic record
- Students studying a postgraduate qualification which is categorised as a critical skill
- Studying towards a relevant undergraduate/postgraduate qualification at one of ISFAP’s partner universities
- Household income between R0 and R600 000 per annum

Bursary Inclusion
Successful applicants will receive a funding package that includes tuition, accommodation, study material, a monthly stipend and meals as well as student support and an on campus ISFAP programme manager.
Undergrad
- Go to the ISFAP application website for Undergrad bursaries
- Complete the online application form
- Upload supporting documents
- Certified ID Copy of the Applicant
- Certified Copy of Latest Academic Results (Grade 11 or Matric)
- Certified Proof of Income
- Download and complete the Consent Form (Applicant and Household Contributors) and certify by Commissioner of Oaths
Postgrad
- Go to the ISFAP application website for postgrad bursaries
- Complete the online application form
- Upload supporting documents
- Certified ID Copy of the Applicant
- Certified Copy of Latest Academic Results (Grade 11 or Matric)
- Certified Proof of Income
- Download and complete the Consent Form (Applicant and Household Contributors) and certify by Commissioner of Oaths
