- Project Implementation Unit: ND/Degree in Safety Management, Civil Engineering, or Office Administration.
- Financial Services: ND in Financial Management; ND/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Local Government Finance, Cost & Management Accounting, or Accounting.
- Human Resource Performance & Development (HRP&D): ND/Degree in Human Resource Development or Human Resource Management; ND in Public Management/Public Administration; ND/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety.
- Governance & Internal Auditing: ND/Degree in Internal Auditing.
- Fresh Produce Market: ND/Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Statistics/Finance & Economics, Accounting, or Office Administration/Public Administration.
- Environmental & Health Units:
- Environmental Management: ND/Degree in Environmental or Public Management.
- Municipal Health Services: BTech/BSc in Environmental Health/Management.
- Air Quality Management: BTech/BSc in Environmental Health/Management.
- Zoo: ND in Horticulture, or ND in Nature Conservation.
- Information Technology & Support: ND/Degree in Information Technology.
- Other Departments:
- Office of the HOD: ND/Degree in Public Management & Administration/Social Science/Development Studies.
- Public Participation: ND/Degree in Public Administration.
- Communications: ND/Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communication, Media Studies, or Graphic Design.
- IDP/BI & IPMS: ND/Degree in Public Administration/Statistics.
- Office of the Chief Whip: ND/Degree in Public Administration or Public Management.
