About the Learnership
Clover is looking for new talent to be part of its Customer Service Centre Learnership programme. Successful applicants will be based at Clover’s Call Centre in Constantia Park, Roodepoort, where they will gain both practical experience and theoretical training. By the end of the programme, learners will have completed a recognized NQF qualification and gained skills in a world-class call centre environment.
This opportunity is ideal for applicants from West Rand surrounding areas and persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / National Certificate (completed between 2020 and 2024)
- English and Mathematics/Maths Literacy: 55% average
- Computer Literacy: Advanced
- Currently unemployed
- Must not have participated in a learnership before

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer service (inbound & outbound interactions)

- Upsell Clover and principal products where applicable
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to team goals
