- You must be a citizen of South Africa or one of these African countries: Mozambique, Zambia, Botswana, Tanzania, Kenya, Mauritius, Seychelles, Uganda, or Ghana.
- You must be between 18 and 25 years old.
- You need to be currently in Matric or have already completed Matric.
- You must be entering your 1st year of undergraduate study in 2026.
- You should plan to study towards an undergraduate degree in one of these fields:
- Commerce
- Humanities and Social Sciences
- STEM fields (Science [including Health science, but *excluding* Medical or veterinary studies], Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
- Creative Arts
- Digital / Data Design
- You must have achieved a minimum overall average of 65% in your latest Matric results.
- You must intend on studying at a public university in South Africa.
