The Department of Quality and Operations Management is seeking to employ a suitable candidate for the position of Professor/Associate Professor.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Lecturing, coordinating, and assessing large undergraduate and postgraduate modules.
• Developing and managing study material for allocated modules.
• Supervising postgraduate students and research projects.
• Conducting research and publishing articles in accredited journals.
• Contributing to departmental outreach and community engagement programmes.
• Securing research funds.

Minimum Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

• An appropriate Doctoral degree at NQF level10.
• At least5 years of relevant teaching and learning/research/work experience.
• A proven record of research output.
• Supervised and graduated master’s and doctoral students.
