About the Role
As a CRM Business Analyst III specializing in Salesforce, you will be the crucial link between our business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and the Salesforce development team, leading the analysis, design, and implementation of Salesforce features. Your main goal will be to ensure that our Salesforce solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and perfectly aligned with our overall business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate will bring a blend of extensive experience and specialized knowledge:
- 7+ years of working experience as a Business Analyst in various situations and complexities.
- 2+ years of knowledge within the Banking/Financial Services Industry.
- 2+ years working specifically as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Solution Analyst.
- A strong understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Ability to independently use a variety of techniques and complete business analysis tasks.
- Proven experience in business and data analysis.
- Expertise in understanding business processes and translating requirements into business processes, context diagrams, and visual explanations.
- Proficiency in functional and business process design.
- Excellent communication skills to translate information effectively between business and technical environments.
- Capability to design evidence-based best practice solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of Project Management principles and relevant development lifecycle experience.
- Experience with Agile development lifecycle principles.
- Solid understanding of systems and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
