- You must be a South African citizen.
- You need to be under 35 years of age.
- You must have a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- You should hold a relevant qualification in fields like Public Policy, Strategic Planning, Research, Social Sciences, or similar.
- No prior experience is required – this is an entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
- You’ll need analytical thinking skills and a keen eye for detail.
As an SRP Intern, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in developing and reviewing strategic plans and frameworks.
- Supporting performance monitoring and evaluations of SHRA programmes and projects.
- Conducting policy research and contributing to policy reviews and recommendations.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external use.
- Providing administrative support to the SRP unit.
