Team Leader: Credit Intelligence Analysis

Capitec Bank Ltd is seeking a Team Leader: Credit Intelligence Analysis to join their team in Sandton, GT, ZA.

Purpose Statement

The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising credit performance and minimising risk by managing and overseeing a team responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising credit intelligence policies, solutions, processes, and strategies.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• 6-8 years’ experience in retail credit, including advanced analytics, statistical modelling, and policy and process enhancement.
• A minimum of3 years’ portfolio-specific experience.
• Experience working with or contributing to credit principles, policies, and frameworks.

Qualifications

The minimum qualification is a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Statistics. A relevant post-graduate qualification is an advantage.
