About the Role

As an Investment Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of investment transactions and data. Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile trades, settlements, and other investment transactions.
• Perform daily reconciliations of investment portfolios, cash, and positions.
• Monitor and verify investment data for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the preparation of reports for fund managers and clients.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies and issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with front office, risk management, and other internal departments.
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in investment operations, financial services, or a similar back-office role.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, markets, and investment products.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
